This condo's layout is one of its most attractive features, with two levels of living space and two decks to enjoy the fresh mountain air and view. The main floor has a fully equipped kitchen, cozy fireplace living room, master bedroom and bathroom (double sinks, large soaking tub, shower stall), as well as a half bath. Six people can be accommodated comfortably. The master bedroom features a king-size bed. Two more bedrooms and a bathroom are located on the lower level. Two of the bedrooms are twins, and one is a king size bed. No Smoking or Pets Allowed. Owners are exempt. ** A 4-wheel-drive may be required during the winter months. This resort is located at Foscoe which is centrally situated between Boone and Banner Elk. The Blue Ridge Parkway, Tweetsie Railroad and other popular attractions of the High Country are just minutes away. Grandfather Mountain, Linville Falls and Caverns and Appalachian State University can also be found nearby. Hawksnest Snow Tubing and Sugar Mountain Ski Resort offer winter sports. Beech Mountain Ski Resort or Appalachian Ski Resort can also be chosen. Enjoy the fresh mountain air and the slow pace or go on an adventure by hiking, biking, sight-seeing, or fishing. Shopping and antiquing are also popular activities. Skiing, golfing and miniature golfing are all available, as well as ziplining, go-carts, and ziplining. Resorts' Amenities: These resorts offer heated indoor and outdoor swimming pools (seasonal), fitness rooms, fishing ponds, hot tubs, a 23-acre riverfront park, hiking trails, catch-and-release fishing, two private clubhouses, and fishing ponds.
