This cheerful condo is situated in the beautiful development Echota. The condo can sleep up to six people comfortably, with a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the guestroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything guests will need to prepare a meal. There is also plenty of space to enjoy meals at the dining room or bar. The living room features a gas fireplace, upgraded wood flooring and many windows. The coach is an ideal place to relax while enjoying the view of the mountain range. The classic mountain deck has a porch swing and comfortable furniture, as well as a view of the nature. The deck can be accessed from the master bedroom or the living room. This condo was completely renovated in June 2020. This condo is located on the ground floor and only has stair access. This unit is not allowed to allow pets or smoking (owners are exempt). *4-wheel driving is recommended in winter months. Resorts' Amenities The property is located in a gated community that has amenity centers. The amenities include a ridge top outdoor pool with hot-tub (seasonal), as well as a hot-tub and indoor pool. There are also catch and release trout swimming pools, fitness centers, and access to hiking trails along the Watauga River.
