Property Description
The Grand Oaks Floor Plan is a single-level home with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It also includes an elevator, a covered entry, custom cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom, an open floorplan, a cozy gas log fireplace, and large concrete covered decks with beautiful mountain views. This condo, located on the bottom floor, can accommodate up to six people. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and the other two bedrooms have queen-sized beds. Each bedroom has a bathroom. The master bathroom features a large soaking tub, shower stall, and two sinks. Please note: No Smoking and Pets (Owners exempt). In the event of an equipment malfunction or power outage, only one elevator is available. **4-Wheel Drive required during winter months. This resort is located centrally between Boone and Banner Elk, as well as Blowing Rock. The Blue Ridge Parkway, Tweetsie Railroad and other popular attractions of the High Country are just minutes away. Grandfather Mountain, Linville Falls and Caverns and Appalachian State University can also be found nearby. Hawksnest Snow Tubing and Sugar Mountain Ski Resort offer winter sports. Beech Mountain Ski Resort, Appalachian Ski Resort, and other options are available. Enjoy the mountains and fresh air. You can also be adventurous by going fishing, biking, hiking or sight-seeing. Other activities include shopping or antiquing, skiing, mini-golf, ziplining, go carts, and gem mining. Resorts' Amenities: Indoor and outdoor heated swimming pools (seasonal), fitness rooms, stocked fishing ponds, hiking trails and catch-and-release fishing are among the amenities.
