Wintergreens R1521, at Echota on The Ridge is a charming condo that has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The condo offers stunning mountain views. This property can accommodate up to five guests. The master bedroom features a king size bed and a separate bathroom with a shower. The guest bedroom features a queen-size mattress and a full bathroom next door with a bathtub/shower combo. The living room features a full-size sofa bed that can be used for additional guests. Gas logs, televisions in each bedroom and living area, and access fitness areas, pools, and clubhouses are all included in the amenities. A gated community with access to an outdoor jacuzzi and pool (seasonal from May 1st to October 1st), fitness room and clubhouse. Access to sister community amenities, including: indoor pool, jacuzzi, fitness room, stocked ponds (equipment not provided), and 23 acres of nature conservancy along the Watauga River. No Smoking and Pets. ****4 wheel drive is recommended in winter months
