Property Description

This luxury cabin is located "Above It All" in the charming Seven Devil's area. It's a perfect mountain retreat. This cabin features two levels of 3/4 wraparound decking that is gated for the safety of animals and children. Enjoy the outdoors while roasting s’mores, relaxing with a hot-tub or taking a nap for two in the hammock. This open-plan, modern cabin has hardwood flooring and AC. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, custom cabinetry, and an island. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook a meal. Three dining tables are provided (one on ground floor, another in the loft for extra guests and a third on the upper deck, with Grandfather). The living room features leather furniture and vaulted-ceilings. Many of the windows have Mountain Views. The main floor includes a half bathroom for the guests' convenience as well as a bedroom and bathroom. The master bedroom suite features a king size log bed, a Smart TV with cable and a flat screen, a large wardrobe, double doors that lead to the deck, and panoramic Mountain Views. The master bathroom features double sinks, a jetted bathtub, a tiled walk-in shower, and a washing machine and dryer. The open loft features a second sitting room upstairs with a Smart TV and a queen-size sleeper couch. A table is available for dining or playing cards. Two guest rooms with a shared bath are located upstairs. The first guest room has a twin bed with a twin trundle, and a TV. The other guest bedroom upstairs has a queen size log bed, television and a Mountain View. The downstairs has a third bedroom, bathroom and a large flat screen Smart TV, with surround sound. There is also a "play/social area". The downstairs guest room is perfect for both young and old, with twin bunk beds, a children's book library, puzzles/games for all ages, and more. This Log Cabin is centrally located to Boone and Banner Elk. It is also close to Valle Crucis and Blowing Rock. It is located on the same mountain as Hawksnest Snow Tubing & Zipline in Seven Devil's. The Blue Ridge Parkway, Tweetsie Railroad and other High Country attractions are just minutes away. Grandfather Mountain, Linville Falls and Caverns and Appalachian State University can also be found nearby. Hawksnest Snow Tubing and Sugar Mountain Ski Resort offer winter sports. Beech Mountain Ski Resort, Appalachian Ski Resort, and Beech Mountain Ski Resort are all options. Enjoy the fresh mountain air and the slow pace or take an adventure by hiking, biking, sight-seeing, or fishing. Other activities include shopping for antiques or antiquing, skiing, mini-golf, ziplining, go carts, and gem mining. The Town of Seven Devils offers catch-and release fishing, tennis courts, a basketball court and nature trails. Please be aware that chains or 4 wheel drive is required in Seven Devils during the winter months. We have a steep drive and want to keep you safe. Please, no smoking.
