This ranch-style house allows for one or more families to spread out and relax while enjoying their vacation. The main floor features two bedrooms with king-sized bed, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. A dining room, sunroom and laundry room are also included. The daylight basement has a third bedroom that includes a king-size bed, a family room with a fireplace and pool table, a full-sized kitchen with dinette, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a large, detached garage. Covered porch, hot tub, and more amazing views. This vacation getaway is situated in a quiet neighborhood with easy access paved roads. Smoking and pets are not allowed. This unit does NOT have air conditioning. You can easily reach other attractions in the region, including Grandfather Mountain, Beech Mountain, Tweetsie Railroad, Blowing rock and Sugar Mountain. Appalachian State Football is also a great way to spend a weekend! No pets or smoking (owners are exempt).
