Sunny Side features a large, open kitchen with three ice makers, two dishwashers and two fridges. There is also a media room and sleeper sofa. The oceanfront views are breathtaking! It can comfortably accommodate up to 22 people. Your rental includes a 4 seater golf cart (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests park their car upon arrival and use a golf cart as their primary mode of transportation. It's a great way for guests to enjoy the scenic beauty of the island, and to explore our unique amenities. The owners have added a 50 Amp socket in the garage to charge electric cars. Your rental includes up to 22 guest card, each with a value up to $1100. These cards are needed to access all resort amenities including golf and tennis, restaurants and bars and swimming pools.
