This open floor plan features a large porch at the front and has everything else you could ask for. The open floor plan is designed to allow people to be together and do different activities in the same space. The kitchen, which is on the right as you enter, has granite countertops, custom cabinets and all new appliances. The extra ice maker is in its own area, and includes a frozen cocktail maker for those who are after the beach cocktails. The view of ocean from the kitchen is breathtaking! The sliding glass doors in the living/kitchen area lead to a screened-in porch with a view of the saltwater pool and Ocean Point Golf Course. Imagine eating your meal at the poolside table or lounging around the pool. The dining area has seating for 14, 10 at the large round table and 4 at a kitchen counter. The first bedroom to the right has two beds, one queen and one full. A Jack and Jill connects this bedroom with 1 of 2 master bedrooms. This master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a balcony. The 2nd master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a private balcony. It is located across from the first master. This bedroom and the hall lead to the bathroom. The next bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a bathroom en suite, and a front porch door. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, a bunk bed room with full beds on top and bottom, as well as a lot of games. There are also 2 queen bedrooms.
