It is located just off Bonita Drive and offers easy access to the beach and the Marina. Davis Love Golf Course and the Beach Club are also nearby. The home has a large screened-in porch that spans across the entire back of the house overlooking the marshland. It also features a master bedroom on the main level, a comfortable and spacious living room with a fireplace, and a kitchen with an eat-in area. The upstairs features 2 spacious bedrooms, a bonus room and wonderful views of the marshland. Each bedroom features a flat-screen TV, a queen bed and a single bed. The bonus room features a large flat-screen TV and a comfortable double-sized daybed that can be quickly converted into a double bed. Live Oak Cottage is the perfect hideaway for your family.
