The garage has an elevator that allows you to easily bring your groceries and luggage to the kitchen or bedroom on any floor. This reverse floorplan has spectacular views of both the ocean and canal. It also has a brand-new floating dock (8/2022), perfect for boat access to the creek and crabbing. The upstairs features a large open plan with a gourmet, stainless steel kitchen that includes granite counter tops, two wall ovens, one steam oven, and pot filler above the six burner gas stove. The dining room, including the counter stools in the kitchen, can seat 20 people. It is open to the living area where you can walk to a large, screened porch with a brand new outdoor dining set and couches and view the canal.
