The 527 Sunsuite efficiency unit is located in the center of Fripp Island. Only a short distance to the Beach Club and Sandbar, Tennis Courts Fitness Center, Guest Services, and the Fitness Center. This poolside, 2nd floor studio is ideal for guests who want to take advantage of Fripp's amenities and be walking distances from beach. This unit has been recently renovated and features beautiful decor throughout. It includes a walk-in shower, an open floor plan, a new kitchen, a refrigerator with icemaker, a convection microwave, a flat screen TV, as well as a queen sleeper couch. Bring your dog to the beach for a game of fetch! The unit is available for daily rentals all year round and can comfortably accommodate up to four people.
Your rental includes up to four guest cards with a maximum value of $200. These cards are needed to access all resort amenities including golf and tennis, restaurants and bars and swimming pools. Guest cards provide exclusive access to discounted golf and tennis rates.

This sun suite was wonderful- beautifully decorated and great use of space- disappointed that it took 4 phone calls and a threat to request a refund to guest services to finally fix the tv on Saturday evening!

Had such a great time! Fripp Island is truly beautiful. Place was clean and comfortable. Everything provided including hair drier and iron with ironing board. The only issue I had was finding Sun Suites. The GPS on the Fripp app took us some place else on the island. Needed better directions and the parking wasn't real clear. Other than that we had a great time.

Fripp Island is my family's favorite place to vacation. My husband and I love the Sunsuites when it's just the two of us. We have stayed in several and 527 is our favorite by far. The decor is bright and modern, there is plenty of storage, and the kitchen is organized enough to be perfectly functional for cooking meals. My only complaint is that the shower, while beautiful, didn't get hot enough for my taste (the water was much hotter from the sinks.) Overall, this is a beautiful, comfortable place to stay and we had a wonderful time! We will definitely be back and next time we'll bring our fur-child. :)

We always enjoy coming to Fripp for a few days and the Sunsuites make it affordable. This unit 527 is on the pool side, upper level. It is decorated very nice and modern with a beach theme. I would have given 5 stars if only the queen size platform bed had been more comfortable. The mattress is VERY firm and did not sleep well for me at all. Some folks may like that and it might not be an issue. Nice bathroom. Lots of nice storage nooks in bathroom and under bed.
