I’ve rented over 50 times on Airbnb and VRBO in lots of locations and have never had as many small issues that required outreach as we did with this rental. It’s a great layout and location and was very clean. However, there was a window that didn’t close, the garage key didn’t work, there were no instructions about where to park the extra car, no instructions about TV, the filters for coffee maker didn’t fit, there was no dishwasher detergent. The property manager was responsive.
Note that while the living room furniture is new, the beds are quite old. I would say that it’s fine, but would benefit from someone really going through with an eye to what it would be like to be a guest there and then making some upgrades and tweaks.
