Property Description

Cimarron Townhome #2 is where comfort and space meets luxury. Bring your whole family or group of friends and spread out. This multi-level, 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom townhome boasts over 3200 square feet of living space, a private garage and spacious deck complete with a private hot tub.

As you enter the home, you are greeted by a mud room area to take off your boots and hang your coats. Back the hallway you will find a bedroom with Queen bed and attached bathroom, as well as a bedroom with Captain's Bunk (twin over Full) and attached bathroom. Walk up to the main level with soaring ceilings and large windows. Here you will find the living area, gourmet kitchen and dining room with large table. There is a powder room nearby for your convenience. The deck is located just off the living area. There you will find a private hot tub and seating to take in that fresh mountain air. Also on the main floor is one of the 2 owner suites. You will find a King bed and large ensuite bathroom with double vanity, walk-in shower and separate soaking tub. Upstairs you will find an open loft with sleeper sofa and a nook with a desk for anyone who needs to catch up on some emails. There is a second owner's suite with King bed, gas fireplace and another amazing bathroom with double vanity, walk-in shower and soaking tub. 

Cimarron Townhomes is a luxury community of homes just a few blocks from the slopes. There is a free ski season shuttle that can take you to the slopes or anywhere in town you'd like to go, in the summer its just a quick walk or bike ride to some great hiking and biking trails on the mountain. The community also features an outdoor heated pool and hot tub.  You will check-in at the home itself, no need to stop at a front desk anywhere. We'd love to welcome you to your Steamboat "home away from home" at Cimarron. 

Please note: The Cimarron HOA does not allow stays for Sports Team events. If you are travelling for Triple Crown, Soccer or Lacrosse, please contact us for other options. 

Parking Information: This home has space for 3-4 vehicles depending on size. 1-2 vehicles in the garage and 2 spaces in the driveway. No campers, RVs, trailers, boats etc are permitted to park at the property per HOA rules. You are responsible for finding alternate parking for any additional vehicles.
