Property Description

This is a spacious 2 bedroom/ 2.5 bathroom townhome with private garage located in a quiet neighborhood close the base of the Steamboat Ski Area with a free Steamboat city bus stop at the end of the street. The home has a great main floor layout with beautiful kitchen, nice dining area and a convenient half bath. The living area has stylish furnishings, a gas fireplace and a fun shuffleboard table for family nights in. There is a deck out back with seating and a BBQ grill and path that leads to the community hot tub.

It runs about every 20 mins and its easy to hop on to ride back and forth to the ski area or you can transfer at the Gondola Transit Center to ride downtown.
