Being surrounded by the Grayton Beach State Park gives Gulf Trace guests ONE FULL MILE of beautiful, undisturbed beaches to enjoy; with 2 private neighborhood beach accesses. PLEASE NOTE - Golf carts and on-street parking are STRICTLY PROHIBITED in the Gulf Trace neighborhood, per neighborhood covenants.

Please note - if you wish to add pool heating to your stay, the additional fee is $50 per night + tax and must be arranged directly with Grayt 30A Vacations no later than 7-nights/1 week prior to arrival. The pool heater at Lucky Dog is an electric heater which will not operate should ambient temperatures fall below 55 degrees; therefore, we do not recommend adding pool heating to your stay in colder months.
