Grayton Pointe is an incredible, luxurious home located on Defuniak Street in Grayton Beach that was built in 2018! Consisting of both a main house (2,829 interior sf, 562 sf covered poolside porch) and a carriage house (963 interior sf), Grayton Pointe will sleep a total of 8 guests and offers a 15’ x 30’ private heated pool (heating fee applies) and a 7-minute stroll to the beach and “downtown” Grayton. Driveway parking for 4 vehicles. Please note: Garage is not accessible to guests; poolside fireplace decorative only (not for guest use).

Historic Grayton Beach is 30A’s original beach community, founded in the mid-1880’s, which has stayed true to its funky, eclectic vibe.
