Property Description

1 bedroom unit includes 1 queen bed, futon, kitchenette and bathroom. All you need to relax inside. You can walk a few steps outside to enjoy the large community swimming pool or stroll up the sidewalk towards the private entrance to Golden Beach, on the Gulf of Mexico. Each unit is unique and each one is decorated and set up differently. This spot is perfect for your next vacation.

Please keep your courtyards clean. Personal items should not be brought inside at night. All rentals are double occupancy. Additional guests (4 years and older) are $10 per night. For longer stays, the office can adjust. - Monthly rates based on 28 nights.

Interaction
Our office is located behind the community pool. We are looking forward to welcoming guests and being available for any assistance. Our office hours are Monday through Friday 9-4, Saturday 10-2. Sundays are closed, but we can be reached by phone if necessary.
Other thing to note
Sea Turtle nesting season runs from May 1 to October 31 for all guests. Please observe all local ordinances while at the beach or in our community during this time. All white lights visible from the beach must be turned off or blocked, including flashlights and fishing lights, room lights, and headlights. No flash photography.
Pick up trash and debris from the beach or nearby. You can leave only your footprints. If you are not at the beach, take away all beach furniture, umbrellas and towels.

* CANCELLATION POLICY:

Seasonal rentals, January thru April 30, must be cancelled by September 1 of prior year for 100% refund.


AFTER SEPTEMBER 1:

If seasonal rental is cancelled outside of 60 days prior to arrival, 5% of accommodation fare will be charged.

If seasonal rental is cancelled 30-60 days prior to arrival, 10% of accommodation fare will be charged.

If seasonal rental is cancelled inside of 30 days prior to arrival, 30% of accommodation fare will be charged.


ALL OTHERS:

Refund if cancelled outside of 30 days prior to arrival.

Inside of 30 days, 30% of accommodation fare will be charged.

No Shows are charged the full accommodation balance.

Call office to discuss other arrangements or re-scheduling options.

*DEPOSITS / PAYMENTS:

Deposit 10% of total reservation due at confirmation (auto pay)

Balance due 12 hours before arrival (auto pay)

Mastercard and Visa Preferred.

Cash and Checks are also acceptable payment methods.

Accommodation fares are based on double occupancy. Each additional person (over age of 4) $ 10.00 per night.
Minimum 2 night stay required.
The administrative fee is being phased out and replaced by a Cleaning Fee,

* 2 night minimum for all rentals.

* No smoking is permitted in any units, around pool, and in courtyards. The South Gazebo is smoke friendly.

* No pets.

* No boats, trailers, campers, RV's, trucks, and Motor Homes can be parked at Venice Villas anymore.

* No portable grills permitted. There is a grilling area adjacent to the pool for your use.

* Please observe and follow Pool Rules the best you can and pick up behind yourself when you leave.

* Please display your PARKING PASS in your vehicle’s window during your stay and return it, along with your keys at check out.


NO smoking or pets are permitted in or around any of our rental units. Failure to comply with this policy will result in an additional cleaning charge of $250.


*You will be provided ample towels and linens, depending on the number or guests staying in the room. There is a coin operated Laundromat on premises, or a Pick up / drop off Laundry service nearby. Our office can arrange laundry and housekeeping services for a nominal cost if requested.


*UPON DEPARTURE, please return the Parking Pass and Keys to the office, and leave the unit tidy, with all dishes and cooking utensils washed, clean, and placed where they were stored. Please empty the refrigerator, and all trash MUST be removed and placed in the trash receptacle at the entrance to the property.


* $50 fee for after hour lock outs, $15 fee for lost or unreturned keys. * A $50 cleaning fee is added to all new reservations.


* Our units are all individually owned and contain personal property. Please respect them. Thank you!


* To protect our owners, the credit card used for your deposit will be held until after the unit has been cleaned and inspected. For charge backs amounts, please contact our office.


* POOL HOURS are 9:00 am until Dusk. DO NOT use room towels at the pool or beach.


* RECEIPT of your deposit confirms your reservation and your acceptance of above policies.
