Property Description

1 bedroom unit with Lanai at Villa Laguna has 1 king bed and 1 sleeper sofa. It also includes a full kitchen, bathroom and TV. All you need to relax inside. You can walk a few steps outside to enjoy the large community swimming pool or walk up the sidewalk to access Golden Beach on the Gulf of Mexico. Each unit is unique and each one is decorated and set up differently.
Interaction
Our office is located behind the community pool. We are looking forward to welcoming guests and being available for any assistance. Our office hours are Monday through Friday 9-4, Saturday 10-2. Sundays are closed, but we can be reached by phone if necessary.
Other thing to note
Sea Turtle nesting season runs from May 1 to October 31 for all guests. Please observe all local ordinances while at the beach or in our community during this time. All white lights visible from the beach must be turned off or blocked, including flashlights and fishing lights, room lights, and headlights. No flash photography.
Pick up trash and debris from the beach or nearby. You can leave only your footprints. If you are not at the beach, take away all beach furniture, umbrellas and towels. Fines for violating wildlife protection laws can reach up to $10,000. Please share this information with others. We are grateful!
