Updated luxury two-bedroom oceanfront condo at Barrington Court in Palmetto Dunes. Wonderful ocean views from the living room, both bedrooms and a covered patio at 216 Barrington Court. The open kitchen, dining area and living room give you ocean views almost everywhere in the condo. Kitchen has new stainless-steel appliances, quartzite counter tops and all the small appliances to make gourmet meals. Master bedroom has king size bed and brand-new master bathroom with new vanities, tile and shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed with access to the second updated full bath. The living room has a nice sleeper sofa so the condo can comfortably sleep seven people. Hot tub at Barrington will be out of commission for the rest of 2024. Pool will be fine. Beach is wide open too!!
