The second bedroom includes two full beds, a new 40” TV with a private slider to the front deck. The third bedroom is conveniently located on the main level with a new 40” TV, queen bed, walk in closet and slider out to the private front porch. The kitchen has been updated with high end stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, stone backsplash and is fully stocked with all cookware. The owners have included kitchen extras: air fryer, crock pot, blender, and bakeware. If it’s grilling you’re after, this villa includes a new propane grill with 4 main burners and a side burner. Travel lighter. Beach towels, blanket, chairs, toys and umbrella all provided. Rainy day? Plenty of games and puzzles to occupy your family. Start the morning with a cup of coffee from our coffee bar then enjoy the golfers rolling by on our rocking chairs on the back porch. Or relax on the rockers on the quiet front deck surrounded by gorgeous Oak trees.

Shipyard is located in the middle of all activities, restaurants and shops on Hilton Head Island. Hilton Head offers over 30 golf courses, 400 tennis and pickle ball courts, 117 miles of bike paths, 200 restaurants and over 250 shops. You can go golfing, horseback riding, shopping, biking, kayaking, para sailing, jet skiing, deep sea fishing, casual or fine dining or just relax by the pool at Golfmaster. After a wonderful day at the beach or pool, come back and relax in your three bedroom condo at Golfmaster.

The Villa is also dog friendly so feel free to bring your fur babies. We have enjoyed bringing our dogs to the beach and to most restaurants because almost everywhere in Hilton Head is dog friendly!!! This Villa was dedicated with you in mind to sit back and enjoy what Hilton Head has to offer.
