The condo was recently renovated (2021). It has been painted, including the trim. The living room has comfortable seating, new occasional chairs, and end tables. The sofa can fold out to become a Queen Sofa Sleeper, which allows the condo to sleep 6. The new ROKU 65a SmartTV has plenty of seating to accommodate everyone. An area rug gives the living room a more comfortable feel. New drapes are available on the large sliding glass doors. They can be slid sideways to enjoy the stunning view. The Okaloosa Island view is excellent from the 5th floor balcony.

Granite countertops are complemented by distressed wood finishes. This kitchen offers plenty of space for cooking delicious meals. To refresh the kitchen, a stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, range, and dishwasher were recently added. A traditional and a Keurig coffeemaker are also available in the condo. To ensure that the kitchen is fully stocked, new kitchen items were added. You don't need to bring anything from your home. A new washer and dryer have been added to the kitchen so that you don't have to worry about laundry.

There is plenty of space in the dining area for everyone to enjoy a meal. New barstools have been installed if you wish to enjoy a drink or conversation with anyone in our kitchen.

The TV in the guest bedroom was upgraded and now features a Queen-sized bed.

The master bedroom has received a makeover with new curtains and a new dressing table. The room has a King-sized bed as well as a 45a SmartTV.
