HOT TUB!! There's a brand new hot tub on this property that is ready for unlimited fun!! This newly updated 1940 two-story house is just 1.2 miles from Notre Dame Campus and has 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. It is the perfect place for your stay in South Bend, no matter what the purpose of travel is! It's in a nice neighborhood and close to everything in town. Enjoy the backyard oasis for a nice relaxing time: hot tub, seating, fire pit (firewood provided), backyard games included (Spikeball, Kan Jam, Corn Hole, Ladder Golf). Or if you want to get out and explore, it's close to Eddy St, a hub of activity that draws both locals and visitors alike and central to the entire city and region. In this updated property, we aim to make your stay a relaxing one, whether for business, travel, or a sporting event.

Access

Self-Check-in - You will gain access to the property via a keypad which will be provided the day before check-in. Convenient dusk-to-dawn lights make your arrival easier, no matter what time of day. Hot Tub!! There is a hot tub available for unlimited use and fun during your stay. It is a brand new high-quality MasterSpa that seats up to 5-7 people. See photos for the seating arrangement. Parking is located in the side driveway or you're allowed to park along the street as well. Convenient dusk-to-dawn lights make your arrival easier, no matter what time of day. Living Room: a very comfortable matching set of leather electric reclining love-seats to ensure maximum comfort while relaxing, as well as a very comfortable sofa. There is a 55" TV in the living room as well. PLEASE DO NOT USE THE INDOOR FIREPLACE. Bedroom #1: One queen bed with a 32-inch Roku TV with complimentary YouTube TV access. Bedroom #2: One queen bed 43-inch Roku TV with complimentary YouTube TV access. Bedroom #3: One queen bed All Queen Mattresses: enjoy a great nights rest on the highly rated Lucid 12 Inch Latex Hyrbid Mattress. Many guests have commented how comfortable the beds are, now you can enjoy as well. All TVs: access 70+ popular local and cable channels through YouTube TV. Additionally, these Roku TV’s allow you to access your own streaming services (such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, etc.) as well as many built in channels. Bathroom: Stocked with shampoo, body wash, a hairdryer and all towels/washcloths for your stay. Kitchen: Coffee lovers pay attention!! Take advantage of a full offering of coffee options! Choose between a French press or a traditional drip coffee maker with several bean options that you can grind fresh yourself, as well as a ground coffee option. Or use the Nespresso Essenza espresso maker, with convenient pods for your own gourmet coffee drinks. Flavored syrups and sugar also provided. Full kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender and mixer, along with the pots/pans and utensils to dish up delicious meals. Sets of plastic dinnerware, drinking cups ,and mugs. Backyard Oasis and Patio: The back patio is a lovely and relaxing area to kickback. There are 6 Adirondack chairs surrounding a small above ground firepit (complimentary fire wood available), and a HOT TUB available for unlimited use. We also have some fun backyard games available: 1) Spikeball 2) Kan Jam 3) Corn Hole 4) Ladder Golf. Basement: a twin sized futon is available for additional sleeping arrangements and toys for kids to play with. There is a washer/dryer available in the basement available for use (see Marketplace section of online Guidebook available after booking). This property is protected by Amazon's Blink Video Security. To be respectful of the neighbors , please be respectful of noise levels between 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. Any complaints from neighbors will incur a $50 fee enforceable by renting the property.
