There's a hot tub on this property that is waiting for you to climb in and relax the night away! This newly updated 1944 Glendale ranch with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is perfect for your stay in South Bend, no matter what the purpose of travel is! It's on a quiet road in a nice neighborhood. Enjoy the backyard oasis for a nice relaxing time: hot tub, picnic table, fire pit (firewood provided), backyard games included (Spikeball, Kan Jam, Corn Hole, Ladder Golf). Or if you want to get out and explore, it’s located just 3.5mi from Notre Dame and close to Eddy St, a hub of activity that draws both locals and visitors alike. In this updated property, we aim to make your stay a relaxing one, whether for business, travel, or a sporting event.

Self-Check-in - You will gain access to the property via a keypad which will be provided the day before check-in. Convenient dusk-to-dawn lights make your arrival easier, no matter what time of day. Check-in time is anytime after 5:00pm (early check-in is available for purchase through the marketplace section of the digital guidebook) Check-out time is before 10:00am (late check-out is available for purchase through the marketplace section of the digital guidebook)

There is a hot tub available for unlimited use and fun during your stay. It is a brand new high-quality Tuff Spa TT450 that has seats for up to 7 people. It says it seats between 4-7 people. See photos for what it will look like and the seating arrangement. Parking is located in the front driveway. If you would like access to the garage, please reference the marketplace section of the digital guidebook. Convenient dusk-to-dawn lights make your arrival easier, no matter what time of day. Living Room: a very comfortable matching sofa and love-seat to ensure maximum comfort while relaxing. There is a 55" TV in the living room as well. There is also a 2nd sofa to ensure maximum comfort no matter the preference. Bedroom #1 with master bathroom: One queen bed (actually part of a daybed - see pictures for example) with a pull-out twin below it. There are two other twin beds rated for adults with Sweetnight mattresses on all beds to allow for an excellent night of rest no matter what bed you are on. This bedroom is attached to a very nice master bathroom and has a 43-inch Roku TV with YouTube TV access. Bedroom #2: one queen bed with a highly rated Sweetnight Twilight mattress (I personally sleep on this type of bed and it is amazing and I'm pretty picky myself)! Also has a 43-inch Roku TV with YouTube TV access. Bedroom #3: one queen bed with a highly rated Sweetnight Twilight mattress. All TVs: access 70+ popular local and cable channels through YouTube TV. Additionally, these Roku TV’s allow you to access your own streaming services (such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, etc.) as well as many built in channels. Bathroom: Stocked with shampoo, body wash, a hairdryer and all towels/washcloths for your stay. Kitchen: Coffee lovers pay attention!! Take advantage of a full offering of coffee options! Choose between a French press or a traditional drip coffee maker with several bean options that you can grind fresh yourself, as well as a ground coffee option. Or use the Nespresso Essenza espresso maker, with convenient pods for your own gourmet coffee drinks. Flavored syrups and sugar also provided. Full kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender and mixer, along with the pots/pans and utensils to dish up delicious meals. Sets of both plastic and glass dinnerware, wine glasses and mugs. Backyard Oasis and Patio: The back patio is a lovely and relaxing area to kickback. There are 6 Adirondack chairs surrounding a small above ground firepit (fire wood available), a unique 6 person picnic table, and a HOT TUB available for unlimited use. We also have some fun backyard games available: 1) Spikeball 2) Kan Jam 3) Corn Hole 4) Ladder Golf. There is a washer/dryer available in the basement available for use (see Marketplace section of online Guidebook). This property is protected by Amazon's Blink Video Security. To be respectful of the neighbors , please be respectful of noise levels between 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. Any complaints from neighbors will incur a $50 fee enforceable by renting the property.
