Property Description

This property makes for your ideal waterfront vacation home including your very own private boat dock & private launch. *Please note the private boat launch is more suitable for small boats or water toys. If you have large boats or pontoons please use the community boat launch just a short distance away. This cabin is equipped with central air conditioning, assuring that you stay cool during the summer months and forced air heating with multiple gas fireplaces to be used in the cooler seasons. 

The main floor includes a custom kitchen with beautiful stainless steel appliances and a dining room with a table that seats 10 with extra seating at the kitchen counter. The living room comes equipped with a propane fireplace and a smart TV. The master bedroom suite has a private full bathroom and private deck entrance. Also included on the main level is a shared bathroom with walk-in tile shower and across the hallway is a laundry room. The upper loft has an additional master bedroom with a private en suite bathroom. Two more private bedrooms are included with 1 queen bed in each room. The basement level includes a family room with a Smart TV, pool table and backyard patio entrance.

The Island Park Reservoir water level recedes during the summer season. Island Park Reservations does not guarantee water depth or usage of private dock.
