Convenient personal work station with an extra monitor is located in the great room. -Exquisite spiral staircase that leads to the top master suite. The master suite loft features a luxurious retreat with a King bed and a chaise lounge. -Opulent ensuite bath features a large walk-in shower and a free-standing soak tub. The -2nd master suite is a seaside paradise featuring a King bed and a custom coastal headboard (Jeff and Gina designed this piece). A private bath adjoining the master suite features striking tilework, dual vanities and a combination shower/tub. The charming 3rd bedroom features retro flairs, a queen bed and bonus bunk beds. The -3rd full bathroom is a nautical novelty with a porthole and a glass-encased tub. -WiFi, cable, as well as Smart TVs, are available in the living room and each bedroom. Personal washer and dryer, paddleboards, kayaks, bikes and beach chairs are provided. Private ground-level storage closet for beach gear (Boogie Boards and Cooler, Corn Hole Toss Game, Regulation Bocce Ball Set, Horseshoe Set). For fast EV charging, there is an electric vehicle 50-amp outlet at the complex. This unit has a private elevator that serves it only. The master loft is not accessible.
