Beach Dreamer is a lovingly restored, large family sized home with beautiful views and quality upgrades throughout. The spacious layout with 4 bedrooms and 2 additional areas provides 6 separate sleeping spaces. There is a fantastic large deck for ocean views and sheltered south-side sun. This home is a classic Pacific City beach home, but has been recently & tastefully re-furnished and re-finished so it feels like new inside! Beach Dreamer has been designed thoughtfully for vacationers with upgraded amenities, gas BBQ, WIFI, cable TV and the dog can come too!
6 separate sleeping areas (4 bedrooms, den and loft). Maximum occupancy allowed is up to 10 adults and 3 kids (aged 12 or under).

Layout: 3 level home. Bottom level has den with TV & double futon , laundry area, full bath, bedroom with queen bed & twin bed, bedroom with queen bed . Middle level has large deck, full bath, living room, dining room and kitchen, bedroom with king bed and bedroom with double/twin bunk. Upper loft level , sitting area and TV.

Kiwanda Shores is a private gated community of quality homes on the ocean front in Pacific City. Security, pride in ownership and peaceful enjoyment of the coastal experience is shared by Kiwanda Shores homeowners and renters alike. A low bank sandy beach slopes to the ocean from the Ocean Front homes. Beach access is available to the Second Row and Back homes.

For Summer Bookings between 7/1-9/4: There may not be one or two day gaps. So if you book a stay allowing this type of gap between bookings, you may be asked to cancel or move dates. We apologize for inconvenience but the online booking system does not allow for this type of rule.

This home is pet friendly for one or two dogs. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet (dogs only) so that we can add the non-refundable pet fee of $10/night. Only well-behaved dogs are allowed. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, or left in the house unattended.

Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.

The safety of our staff, guests and local community is our top priority. This home is professionally managed and cleaned to strict standards in line with CDC guidelines, including supervised housekeeping and post-clean sanitation.

Cancellation policy: 1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 7 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).
