The PC Beach Cottage is a perfect little getaway cabin just a short walk to Cape Kiwanda. This home has plenty of parking for your boat or toys, has WIFI and is pet friendly. This cozy home has knotty pine throughout, and a comfy king sized bed. Features: Great location near beach, Pub, shopping Wood fireplace is NOT in working order TV IS STREAMING ONLY/ ROKU 1 level home. Living room with double hide-a-bed , kitchen, dining area. Full bath with tub/shower. Bedroom with king bed" Neighborhood: The PC Beach Cottage is on Madrona Dr. in the Cape Kiwanda area of Pacific City. Newer and older homes alike front the low bank sandy beach. This home is just a short walk to Cape Kiwanda, the Pelican Pub, surfing and the rest of the dining and shopping opportunities at Cape Kiwanda.Access Tillamook STVR#851-13-1776 Access: Kiwanda Coastal Properties is a local, professional Oregon Coast vacation rental management company that offers over 60 homes in the Pacific City area. We have been offering beach rental homes for more than 30 years. Reliable management means responsive service, insider guides to the area and a better vacation experience. Our nearby office is staffed 7 days a week ensuring that homes and guests are taken care of if any needs arise. We look forward to accommodating your next beach trip. Please contact us anytime for more information. Most homes require guests be at least 24 years old. Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms. The safety of our staff, guests and local community is our top priority. This home is professionally managed and cleaned to strict standards in line with CDC guidelines, including supervised housekeeping and post-clean sanitation. Cancellation policy: 1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 7 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).
