2 bedroom townhome. Garage is available. Main level entry has nicely stocked kitchen, large dining table, eating bar, living room with comfy furniture and gas fireplace and 1/2 bath. There is a nice sunny back patio with hot tub & BBQ. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms. There is a master bedroom with queen bed, TV and full bath with shower. Another bedroom with queen bed. And cute twin/twin bunk room with kids toys and TV. There is a full bath with tub in the hallway.

Two miles of paved walking paths that interweave through the Village of small grass covered dunes, pine thickets and seasonal wetlands. Shorepine Village is an award winning area of traditional beach homes built in harmony with the natural environment. Centrally located between Kiwanda Shores and Cape Kiwanda, this new beachfront neighborhood is set among the dunes and snuggled down behind a grass-covered fore dune. Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.

The safety of our staff, guests and local community is our top priority. This home is professionally managed and cleaned to strict standards in line with CDC guidelines, including supervised housekeeping and post-clean sanitation.

Cancellation policy: 1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 7 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).
