Pacific Paradise is a perfect home base for your vacation in Pacific City and the Oregon Coast. This convenient location in Shorepine Village is an easy walk through dedicated walking paths to the closest beach. It's also very near the fun of the pubs, restaurants and shopping at Cape Kiwanda. The layout is inviting with 3 spacious bedrooms, a loft area, and a cozy open greatroom with  a gas fireplace. The kitchen is well-stocked. There is a small outside back yard that is fenced. Garage is available for parking and storage.

Layout:

2 level townhome. First level entry has garage, kitchen, living room, dining area, cozy living room with fireplace. Lower level bedroom has king bed. Full hall bath (shared with downstairs bedroom).

Upstairs primary bedroom has queen bed and private bath with double vanity. 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. Loft space has twin/twin bunks and a single twin bed. Full hall bath.

Neighborhood:
Shorepine Village is an award winning area of traditional beach homes built in harmony with the natural environment. Centrally located between Kiwanda Shores and Cape Kiwanda, this new beachfront neighborhood is set among the dunes and snuggled down behind a grass-covered fore dune. Two miles of paved walking paths interweave through the Village, which is maintained with pride and governed by strict CCR’s for the enjoyment of all who visit or live in the area.

Notes:
This home is pet friendly for up to 2 dogs. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet so that we can add the non-refundable pet fee of $10/night. Only well-behaved dogs are allowed. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, or left in the house unattended.

This home does not have parking directly in front of it. Parking is just a couple townhomes over. There is a garage space and additional shared parking.

Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.

The safety of our staff, guests and local community is our top priority. This home is professionally managed and cleaned to strict standards in line with CDC guidelines, including supervised housekeeping and post-clean sanitation.

Cancellation policy: 1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 7 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).
