<span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Hale Kona Kai is an intimate, absolute oceanfront complex of 39 one-bedroom condominiums.&nbsp; Located at the edge of Kona Town, it is off the main road providing for quiet, ocean view relaxation from every unit. &nbsp;Located next to Royal Kona Resort, the united is very conveniently located to excellent dining. &nbsp; Huggo&rsquo;s and Don the Beachcomber&rsquo;s, landmark Kona restaurants,&nbsp; are right next door. &nbsp; Many other dining and entertainment options are all within easy walking distance.&nbsp; Honl&rsquo;s Beach is just south of the complex and the Kona Farmer&rsquo;s Market just a half mile to the north.&nbsp; &nbsp;<br />
The complex offers many great amenities, including an elevator for easy access for everyone.&nbsp; On the ocean side you will find a heated salt water swimming pool and a barbeque area at the south end of the complex.&nbsp; Laundry machines are available on each floor. &nbsp;<br />
