It makes for great, unobstructed ocean views along with a bird&rsquo;s eye view of the reef below.&nbsp; However, during the winter in Hawaii, we get large swells and wind off the water.&nbsp; Your view may be impaired by saltwater dried onto the glass.&nbsp; During high swells and wind and or rain, it may not be comfortable to sit on the lanai.&nbsp; Please take this information into consideration when booking. If you feel these issues may adversely impact your stay, please call us. We may have other properties not quite so close to the water that may better see your needs.</span></span></span></p>
