This unit does NOT have CENTRAL air conditioning.  It does however, have window ACs in the two bedrooms on the main level.  There is no AC unit in the 3rd bedroom/loft.  There are also along-bladed ceiling fans and a nice breeze that comes in from the ocean during the day, and a cooler breeze that comes off the mountain at night.
