Summer At The Shores features a lovely master bedroom with king size bed and a guest bedroom with a queen size bed and the second guest bedroom has a queen bed with a pull out sleeper sofa.  There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room.  Enjoy other features like a living area with a flat screen TV, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, tile and hardwood floors. For your convenience, the home has a laundry area, complimentary high speed WiFi, beach equipment and more! MASTER BEDROOM & BATHROOM:

The Master Bedroom features a King sized bed, fitted with luxury linens and pillows, and bedside tables with lamps and an alarm clock, surrounded by large windows boasting views of the yard and peek ocean view. All fine linens and pillows for each bed and towels for the bathroom are provided. The bathroom is an ensuite with barn door style entrance, features a double sink, large walk-in shower and even a heated towel rack – your towels will always be dry and cozy.
 

GUEST BEDROOM:

The Guest Bedroom features a Queen size bed, with nightstand and lamp and a convenient ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

GUEST BEDROOM 2:
This guest bedroom features a Queen Size Bed and pullout sofa sleeper.

LIVING ROOM FEATURES:

This spacious room features a very  comfy Sofa- one of which can also be converted into a Queen-sized bed- and coffee table, across from the entertainment center, under the large Flat Screen TV with Full Cable. Comfortable armchair and a wall full of windows allowing all the wonderful sunlight pour in. You will also find an Elliptical and Exercise Bike just behind the sofa – get in a little exercise while watching the morning news and before you head out to explore the San Diego sites. 
 

KITCHEN FEATURES:

The Fully Furnished Kitchen features plenty of counter space and large window over the kitchen sink with views of the side Patio. The kitchen is equipped with Stainless Steel appliances, including a side-by-side refrigerator and freezer with Ice Maker, a dishwasher, a microwave, coffee maker, and a large basin sink with a fitted cutting board. All utensils, cookware, glassware, dishes, and any small appliances and kitchen amenities you may need are provided.

No one under the age of 18 can use the Jacuzzi without the supervision of an adult.  Use of the Jacuzzi is at your own risk – please use all necessary precautions when using the Jacuzzi. 
 

The house is equipped with a heat-pump that provides air conditioning in the summer and heating in the winter.

Solar panels provide the energy for the house.
 

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced.
