Property Description

7 Night Minimum 

Beachview Condo is located on the Pacific Beach boardwalk across from the Crystal Pier. On the ground level is the community pool and hot tub. There is also a lounging area, gas BBQ and each condo has an individual parking space in the underground parking garage. Surfers provide sunup to sundown entertainment from every room in the condo. Do not forget your camera to capture the picture-perfect sunsets!

This is a very unique condo with two master suites and a panoramic oceanview from every room, not just the living room! The living room has a flat screen TV with cable and a DVD player with a top-of-the-line Sealy queen sofa bed with 5 inch mattress and tilt up feature for reading or watching TV in bed. In addition, a dining table with 6 chairs is right by the floor-to-ceiling windows for dining, playing family games or just visiting! The open California-style kitchen, plus ocean view, has everything you need for cooking and eating in the comfort of your home. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed with an attached bathroom with a tub/shower combo, flat screen tv and amazing ocean views! The 2nd guest bedroom has a king bed, an attached bathroom with walk-in shower, flat screen tv and more of that amazing ocean view which you can enjoy while lying in bed.  

We provide beach chairs, towels, and a beach umbrella for your use.  Boogie Boards and beach wagons can be rented from our office for an additional fee. There is a large coin operated laundry room where you can do all your laundry at once and save time. The condo building, including garage, is secure and requires a key or remote garage door opener for entry.

The convenient location is 2 miles from SeaWorld, 3 miles from Old Town, and just 7-9 miles from the Gaslamp District, Little Italy, and the world famous San Diego Zoo in lovely Balboa Park. Come enjoy all San Diego has to offer along with the best weather in the nation!

About the Area:

Pacific Beach in San Diego is a young beach town with the attraction of the surf and sand by day and the lure of bars and restaurants by night. Located south of La Jolla and north of Mission Beach, this San Diego beach has a popular nightlife scene from dancing to drinking craft beers, which attracts a college-aged and young professionals crowd. San Diego Pacific Beach hosts a variety of different kinds of clubs and bars from the hip and trendy JRDN Lounge and Raw Bar to the low-key dive bar atmosphere found at Cass Street Bar and Grill.

This is a NON-SMOKING home.   This includes outside common areas.

Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced.  This home has a maximum occupancy of 6 people (including children)

You must adhere to the Condominium Rules and Regulations during your stay at all time.  Those will be provided to you upon arrival.  

Due to the moderate coastal climate, this condo (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning. 

Please respect your surrounding neighbors.  This unit sits in a condominium building so you have neighbors on either side of you and underneath you.  Respect must be shown for the property and neighbors at all times. No loud music, parties, and or loud talking outside after 9 pm. Violation of these rules MAY result in immediate eviction from the property per your rental agreement, and/or fines from the San Diego Police. Please review your rental agreement for complete details and rules about your home!

No Pets Allowed at this property.
