Casa LaJolla Shores is located just a short walk from LaJolla shores beach on the edge of the enviable LaJolla Village neighborhood.
 
Perfect if you want to walk to the beach every day, Casa LaJolla Shores also features a 1000+ sq foot fully private patio, underground parking and a shared, heated pool.
 
 

Outside dining table and chairs are perfect for al fresco dining, use our propane bbq to grill some shrimp and steak whilst having a cocktail in the privacy of your very own patio. 

 

The condo is very spacious featuring a modern open design for the living room, dining area and kitchen with travertine floors.

 

The kitchen is fully equipped with all your cooking and dining needs and has lots of counter space, large two door fridge, oven, dishwasher and all the cooking utensils you will need.

 

The dining table seats 8 and there is a large, flat screen TV in the living room with very comfy seating.

 

The master bedroom is light and airy and has a queen size bed with a brand new top-of-the line Casper mattress and ensuite bathroom.

 

Enjoy the luxury of the spa bath, walk in shower and beautiful stone work in the bathroom.

 

There is also a large walk in closet for your use.

 

The master bedroom has access to the west end of the patio.

 

The first guest bedroom has a queen bed, lots of closet space and access to the patio.

 

The second guest bedroom features twin-over-full bunk beds and a  sofa (which is a very comfortable sofa for just kicking back!).

 

The condo is also equipped with extra-large size washer and dryer set.

 

Throw on your bathing suit and walk a few steps to the heated pool on the same level as the condo.

 

Alternatively, venture out to the many restaurants, kayak and bike rentals, boutiques and of course to the beautiful La Jolla Shores Beach.

 

All just a short walk away.

 

La Jolla Shores beach is famous for its very gentle waves and shallow waters which make it a favorite with families and small children.

 

Surfing and paddle boarding, kayaking and boogie boarding all are perfect at La Jolla Shores Beach.

 

Watch the Dolphins and Seals frolic in the water and in winter look for the spouts of migrating whales.

 

Visit Torrey Pines golf course just up the road, the Scripps Aquarium or enjoy the amazing remodeled YMCA.

 

Whatever you decide to do with your time, you will want to return to Casa LaJolla Shores, time and time again.

About the Area:

La Jolla is another San Diego neighborhood exuding a Mediterranean village atmosphere.  La Jolla Shores' picturesque sandy beach runs north from La Jolla Cove and offers great snorkeling and scuba diving.  Known for its galleries, shops, restaurants and the highly scenic coastline, La Jolla is also home to branch of the Museum of Contemporary Art of San Diego.  To the north of La Jolla is Torrey Pines, home to the Torrey Pines Golf Course, one of the nation's finest public golf courses and the site of the Farmers Insurance Open in late January or early February.  Located around the course is the Torrey Pines State Natural Reserve, which offers paths and rock outcroppings to hike on as you make your way to pristine and often empty beaches.

This home has a 90 Day Minimum Stay.

This is a NON-SMOKING home.   This includes all outside areas as well.

Furniture is subject to change (We are continually upgrading and replacing any old or damaged furniture.. so we like to advise people that although the house will have the same feel and look, some furniture may change on occasion.  

This home is equipped with A/C. 

This unit is a condominiums so you have units above you on beside you. Please respect your surrounding neighbors.  Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties.  Evictions are strictly enforced if at any time our guests choose to disregard this rule.  All our properties are equipped with noise monitors. 

For homes that allow pets there are certain rules that always apply.  Pets are never to be left alone in the homes uncrated if they are prone to check, bark or are not house broken.  If you plan on spending time away from your pets please find a doggy day care or crate your pet.  Any damage caused by your pet is not covered under your damage insurance.  You can call our office for recommendations or check the Welcome Book.
