Enter through the security front gate and find a bright, sunny courtyard with built in BBQ and Table and Chairs.  The courtyard is a lovely place for al fresco dining or just relaxing with a book during the day. 

The condo comprises 2 bedrooms both with Queen beds and 1 shared bathroom.

There is plenty of closet space and the bed linen is fresh and clean.

The bathroom features a tub/shower combo and is sparkling clean.

The kitchen has been updated with granite counter tops, new cabinets and stainless steel appliances.

The kitchen also is home to the washer and dryer and hosts all the kitchen accessories needed for an enjoyable stay whether it’s for 3 nights or 30.

There is a dining table that seats up to 4 people that is connected to the kitchen.

This is a NON-SMOKING home.   This includes patios, decks and outside areas.

This home is not equipped with A/C, it is equipped with ceiling fans in each room.

This home sits within a condominium complex and you have neighbors surrounding you.  Please respect your surrounding neighbors.  Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties.  Evictions are strictly enforced if at any time our guests choose to disregard this rule.  All our properties are equipped with noise monitors and will notify us if there is excessive noise at any home. 

This home does not allow Pets.

Ocean Beach lies in the San Diego International Airport flight path for some departing flights.  No planes can depart after 11:30 pm or before 6:30 am.
