Property Description

Point Loma Bayview is a stunning home in a quiet neighborhood with bay views and a large upper deck.

This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home.

The master – on the top level, has views of the bay, a King size bed, TV and cable.

 The bathroom has a shower/tub combo and double vanity.

The guest bedroom also on the upper level has a queen bed and shares the bathroom with the Master bedroom.

There is a twin bed in the bedroom on the main level with bathroom that has a walk in shower.

The upper deck off the living room area is a wonderful place for dining al fresco.  Enjoy the breezes from the Bay and the ever-changing sights.

There is Wifi, Smart TV’s and overhead ceiling fans.

Perched on the hill-top you have the choice to head down toward the Bay, Point Loma, Liberty Station and all the restaurants and shops that are plentiful.

Or you can head toward the beach at Ocean Beach, Sunset Cliffs or the Lighthouse for other recreational fun.

You are also very close to Seaworld, The San Diego Zoo, The Gas Lamp District, Petco Park, Balboa Park, Shelter Island and Seaport Village.

About the Area:

Point Loma is a rugged peninsula, known for Cabrillo National Monument, a park with trails, tide pools and exhibits on California history. Sunset Cliffs Natural Park is a popular spot to watch the sun go down while Liberty Station, a former Naval Training Center, has buzzy restaurants and shops. Seafood eateries dot the nearby Shelter and Harbor islands, and Humphreys Concerts by the Bay hosts live music.

There is a unit below the home that is a vacation rental as well with a separate entrance.  This unit has use of the yard only.  The upstairs unit (Point Loma Bayview) does not have use to the yard but has an outdoor deck with BBQ and seating.  

This is a NON-SMOKING home.   This includes outside common areas.

Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced.  This home has a maximum occupancy of 5 people (including children)

Please respect your surrounding neighbors.  This home is located in a quiet neighborhood.  Respect must be shown for the property and neighbors at all times. No loud music, parties, and or loud talking outside after 9 pm. Violation of these rules MAY result in immediate eviction from the property per your rental agreement, and/or fines from the San Diego Police. Please review your rental agreement for complete details and rules about your home!  

1 Pet Allowed at this property. Pets only allowed under 20lbs.   No aggressive breeds.
