With new kitchen, bathroom, flooring, paint and furniture, this cottage is exceptional!

The Cottage has a spacious, open floor plan that opens out to a grassy area with patio seating.

It is a bright and sunny cottage with modern furnishings and all the touches of home.
 

The first bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has two queen size beds – the master bedroom has a smart Tv.

With WiFi and Smart TV’s you will be entertained and comfortable year-round!

There is also a shared laundry room with shared washer and dryer.

There is tandem driveway parking for 2 cars from the alley entrance in the back.

Located east of Sunset Cliffs Blvd, it is an easy stroll down the hill to the restaurants, shops and beach at the end of Newport Ave.  

Enjoy the weekly farmers Market, the beaches, the sidewalk musicians, bars, some world renowned restaurants and the eclectic charm of Ocean Beach.

A little bit about Ocean Beach:

This small beach town is a favorite among locals who spend their days surfing, sunbathing around the pier, hanging out in their vintage VW vans, and strolling through the many surf shops, taco stands and antique malls. Ocean Beach has a throw-back groovy vibe of vintage SoCal, coupled with friendly locals and great dining.  Nestled between the San Diego River and the hills of Point Loma, Ocean Beach is perfect for surfers to enjoy the waves created by jetties. The beach is also friendly for swimmers, sunbathers, even dogs too!

This is a NON-SMOKING home.   This includes patios, decks and outside areas.

This home has a maximum occupancy of 6 people.  Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced.  

There are 2 other cottages on this property.  

The laundry facilities are shared with 2 other properties.  

This home sits on a property with 2 other cottages.  Please respect your surrounding neighbors.  Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties.  Evictions are strictly enforced if at any time our guests choose to disregard this rule.  All our properties are equipped with noise monitors. 

For homes that allow pets there are certain rules that always apply.  Pets are never to be left alone in the homes uncrated if they are prone to check, bark or are not house broken.  If you plan on spending time away from your pets please find a doggy day care or crate your pet.  Any damage caused by your pet is not covered under your damage insurance.  You can call our office for recommendations or check the Welcome Book.  

Pet Fee:  $40/Night - for longer stays, please inquire about flat rates.  

Ocean Beach lies in the San Diego International Airport flight path for some departing flights.  No planes can depart after 11:30 pm or before 6:30 am.
