The Shores Jewel is located in the heart of La Jolla Shores, simply cross the street and you are at La Jolla Shores beach known for its wide sandy beaches, shallow waters and gentle waves.

After a day at the beach you can rinse off in the full shower found in the garage for your convenience.

Entering the home you are welcomed into the informal dining area with seating for 6 set beside the bay window overlooking the beach.

The Shores Jewel has been beautifully kept and the kitchen is a gourmet cooks delight.  

The kitchen has a breakfast bar with seating for 4, lots of counter space, high end appliances and is fully equipped for all your cooking needs.

Past the kitchen is the dining area with a formal dining table with seating for 8.

The sprawling living room has a large screen TV, lots of comfy seating and access into the back and side gardens.

The back garden is ideal for relaxing with a coffee in the sun or sneaking away to read quietly away from the beach.

On the ground floor there is a guest bedroom with King size bed opening onto a red bricked patio with table and chairs.  The ensuite bathroom has walk in shower and dual basins.

The bedroom has a smart TV.

The second guest bedroom has 2 twin beds, a smart TV and lots of closet space. The bathroom has a walk-in shower also.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms including the master suite with ocean views.  The master bedroom also has a King size bed, smart TV and very large ensuite bathroom with bathtub and a separate walk-in shower, large vanity with dual basins.

The other 2 guest bedrooms upstairs both have King size bed, smart TV’s, and lots of closet space.  Both of the guest bedrooms have their own bathrooms with walk in showers.

The sitting room upstairs overlooking the beach is the piece de resistance of the home.

Featuring a wet bar, sofas, dining table and a fabulous patio with comfortable conversation piece, this will be a favorite spot for sure.

This home  has a maximum occupancy of 10 - the home sleeps 10 people in beds.  We strictly enforce maximum occupancy in all our homes.

This home is located in a residential neighborhood so is in close proximity to other homes and is only suitable for quiet groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced.

A little bit about the area:

La Jolla is another San Diego neighborhood exuding a Mediterranean village atmosphere.  La Jolla Shores' picturesque sandy beach runs north from La Jolla Cove and offers great snorkeling and scuba diving.  Known for its galleries, shops, restaurants and the highly scenic coastline, La Jolla is also home to branch of the Museum of Contemporary Art of San Diego.  To the north of La Jolla is Torrey Pines, home to the Torrey Pines Golf Course, one of the nation's finest public golf courses and the site of the Farmers Insurance Open in late January or early February.  Located around the course is the Torrey Pines State Natural Reserve, which offers paths and rock outcroppings to hike on as you make your way to pristine and often empty beaches.
