Just a short stroll away lies the private Sea Pines Association Beach, where low tide reveals the stunning Brewster Flats miles of sandbars and tidal pools perfect for exploring.
Conveniently located near Main Street, you ll have access to an array of shops, cafe's, and restaurants, from fine dining to casual seafood shacks. Be sure to check out the Brewster Bookstore, known for its frequent book signings.
Outside, the home boasts a spacious outdoor dining area, complete with festive party lights. After a day at the beach, rinse off in one of two oversized enclosed outdoor showers, or enjoy a warm nighttime shower under the starry Cape Cod sky.
Inside, recent upgrades include a fully equipped kitchen with a large center island and sleek countertops. The home comfortably sleeps up to eight, with four bedrooms: two Queen size beds on the main level, and a queen and full-sized bedroom upstairs. The property also features Central Air Conditioning!
Saturday to Saturday only.
Smoking is not allowed. Tenants are not allowed to bring pets. Bed sheets, Pillowcases and Towels are provided.
