Property Description

Luxury building, in fun upbeat resident hotel/condo. 24 hour gym, Pool and gorgeous Sunsets. The property features an on-site spa (surcharge) and gym, a bayside pool, a hip indoor/outdoor lounge and a restaurant serving modern American fare. Offering a city ocean view, our studio has designer furnishings, Wi-Fi, and flat-screen TV, plus a kitchenette and sitting area. Additional amenities include a private marina, a beauty bar and a short walk to Whole Foods and many local dining locations.

You are leasing a privately owned Unit operating independently from the Hotel. You are our private guest, and not one of the Hotel. This may result in some amenity limitations such as maid service and no front desk calls. You are supplied with an initial supply of toiletries, towels, and amenities for a few days. Being a resident vacation rental and unless housekeeping is scheduled during your stay these amenities inside the room are not replenished. We do provide daily maid services on request at current rates. Discounts apply for multiple cleanings. Check in at the front desk Hotel guest must be provided a picture ID for guest verification and registration on arrival matching the reservation name. All rules and policy mirror the hotel guest policy. No Smoking anywhere in the hotel or hotel grounds. Owner or owner’s agent may enter the premises under the following circumstances: in case of an emergency; to make any necessary or agreed-upon repairs, alterations, or improvements; supply necessary or agreed upon services or show the premises to prospective purchasers, renters, or contractors. The owner will attempt to provide renters with at least 24 hours notice of Owners’ intent to enter when possible (except in the case of an emergency.
