There is a window air conditioner in the living room should you need it, plus two ceiling fans. The tradewinds bring the fresh sea air into your living space and the unit faces South so there is no direct sun entering the condo during the day. This keeps the condo comfortable most of the year. Free secure 5G speed (400 Mb/s) wireless Internet for your devices. Free local, USA mainland, Canada and select international phone calls are included. There is a smart flat screen TV with DVD player in the living room. There is a desk and chair for working and a washer and dryer inside the condo. The master bedroom has King size bed, TV with built in DVD player and ceiling fan. Bathroom has tub/shower with hand railing. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large counter space to prepare meals. If you like to dine out, there are many great restaurants within walking distance. Everything you need for your Maui vacation is included: linens, beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, cooler, dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, and much more! The well maintained Kihei Akahi complex has two swimming pools, BBQs, and a tennis court surrounded in a tropical landscaped setting. This complex is directly across the street from popular Kama'ole Beach Park II and is close to Wailea and Keawakapu Beach. Check-in 4:00 PM Check-out 11:00 AM *Early check-in and late check-out must be requested in advance. If Guest does not check out at designated time there will be a penalty of up to one extra night charge. *Every Maui Vision property listed is a NON-SMOKING home; be it inside the unit or outside on the lanai (balcony) or hallways. A designated smoking area outdoors & away from the building. There is a $200 fine for smoking. Any costs to remove the smell or damage of the smoke will either be covered by the guest in violation of this policy. *Guest will be charged for extra cleaning if the unit is left excessively dirty or damaged the unit beyond normal wear and tear.
