The beautiful beach, Kama'ole Beach Park II, is a one-minute walk from the condo front door to the sand! The large patio lanai is surrounded by lush tropical landscape. It is a picture-perfect setting to enjoy morning coffee, lunch or dinner. Ideal for your family vacation. Full kitchen with dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, oils, spices, condiments, and much more! Dining area, living room with window air conditioner, large flat-screen TV, and free basic cable channels. Secure Wi-Fi Internet for your devices 5G speed (400 Mb/s). Free local calls, USA mainland, and Canada. There is a washer and dryer inside the condo. The master suite has a King size bed and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and small flat screen TV with free basic cable channels. Everything you need to live comfortably in your home away from home includes a Keurig coffee maker, bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, and a cooler. Just pack your personal toiletry items, clothing, and food. This home sleeps up to 4 guests comfortably. Great location within walking distance to many popular restaurants, shops, and beautiful beaches. Kahului airport is approximately a 25 to 30-minute drive from the Kihei Akahi Resort. The well-maintained Kihei Akahi complex has two swimming pools, BBQs, and a tennis court surrounded by a tropical landscaped setting. This complex is directly across the street from popular Kama'ole Beach Park II and close to Wailea and Keawakapu Beach. Check-in 4:00 PM Check-out 11:00 AM *Early check-in and late check-out must be requested in advance. If Guest does not check out at designated time there will be a penalty of up to one extra night charge. *Every Maui Vision property listed is a NON-SMOKING home; be it inside the unit or outside on the lanai (balcony) or hallways. A designated smoking area outdoors & away from the building. There is a $200 fine for smoking. Any costs to remove the smell or damage of the smoke will either be covered by the guest in violation of this policy. *Guest will be charged for extra cleaning if the unit is left excessively dirty or damaged the unit beyond normal wear and tear.
