Islander also fronts a beach path for walking/running/cycling that goes for miles! From this quiet location on the 3rd Floor of the Lobby Building, early risers will be rewarded with the most spectacular sunrises Kaua'i has to offer, and stunning moonrises in the evenings. Our unique setting captures a panoramic view of three Islander on the Beach's features: beautifully maintained grounds, the Tiki Bar with pool and spa, and just beyond, the blue waters of the Pacific Ocean! Comfortably furnished in the Hawaiian style, and a kitchenette supplied with tools to prepare snacks and light meals. Unit 305 includes: Flat screen cable TV; high efficiency Fujitsu air conditioner (A/C); wifi internet; coffee maker; undercounter fridge (2 ice machines on property); microwave; cutlery, serving ware and utensils; electric hair dryer, iron, and ironing board. Please note there are no elevators on property. Free parking for our guests. This condo complex is centrally located to many popular island destinations. It's beautifully situated on its own private Waipouli Beach. By car, it's approximately 12 minutes to Lihue airport,50 minutes to Hanalei and 45 minutes to Poipu. Kaua'i, the Garden Isle, has so many beautiful sights to take in and Kapa'a is a great starting point to them all. Important: We are not part of the hotel reservation system, there is no daily room service. You do have use of the common grounds, free parking as our guest, pool, hot tub, and pool bar. This is a privately owned studio that rents for less if you are looking to save money. The unit is cleaned prior to your arrival and stocked with start-up supplies. The studio is cleaned again upon check-out time. If you need new supplies, linens, towels, bed remade and additional spruce up clean, we do offer this additional service for a $70 fee per scheduled day. Please ask if you are interested in this service. If you need to do laundry there are Laundromats only a six to seven minute drive from the property. Check-in 4:00 PM Check-out 10:00 AM *Early check-in and late check-out must be requested in advance. If Guest does not check out at designated time there will be a penalty of up to one extra night charge. *Every Kauai Vision property listed is a NON-SMOKING home; be it inside the unit or outside on the lanai (balcony) or hallways. A designated smoking area outdoors & away from the building. There is a $200 fine for smoking. Any costs to remove the smell or damage of the smoke will either be covered by the guest in violation of this policy. *Guest will be charged $25 if more than 2 garbage bags are left in the unit and extra cleaning if the unit is left excessively dirty or damaged the unit beyond normal wear and tear. This privately-owned vacation condo is operated in full compliance with Hawaii law. General Excise and Transient Accommodation taxes are collected and transmitted to the State of Hawaii on all rentals.
