This studio has everything you'll need for a perfect Garden Isle vacation. Located at the popular Islander on the Beach Resort with an oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub and Tiki Hut bar, discover for yourself all the fun things to see and do walking distance away. This resort is next door to an open air restaurant and bar, "Lava Lava" featuring live music nightly, great food and specialty cocktails.There are many more shops and restaurants at the Coconut Marketplace just steps away on the other side of the parking lot. Islander also fronts a beach path for walking/running/cycling that goes for miles! Unit #320 is a third floor unit with a great ocean view on the private quiet side of the complex. On the top floor overlooking a garden setting with no walking path or foot traffic, you can leave the slider open all night and let the sound of the waves lull you to sleep. When you awake there will be a chorus of tropical birds to greet you as you enjoy your morning coffee on the lanai. This unit offers you the quiet and tranquility you desire while providing a beautiful ocean view and serene setting. Pool is not far and beach is a few steps and stairs away! Unit 320 includes: Flat screen cable TV; high efficiency Fujitsu air conditioner (A/C); wifi internet; coffee maker; small fridge (there are ice machines on property); microwave; cutlery, serving ware and utensils; electric hair dryer, iron, and ironing board. Free parking for our guests but there are no elevators on the property. This condo complex is centrally located to many popular island destinations. By car, it's approximately 12 minutes to Lihue airport, 50 minutes to Hanalei and 45 minutes to Poipu. Kaua'i, the Garden Isle, has so many beautiful sights to take in and Kapa'a is a great starting point to them all. Important: We are not part of the hotel reservation system, there is no daily room service. You do have use of the common grounds, free parking as our guest, pool, hot tub, and pool bar. This is a privately owned studio that rents for less if you are looking to save money. The unit is cleaned prior to your arrival and stocked with start-up supplies. The studio is cleaned again upon check-out time. If you need new supplies, linens, towels, bed remade and additional spruce up clean, we do offer this additional service for a $70 fee per scheduled day. Please ask if you are interested in this service. If you need to do laundry there are Laundromats only a six to seven minute drive from the property. Check-in 4:00 PM Check-out 10:00 AM *Early check-in and late check-out must be requested in advance. If Guest does not check out at designated time there will be a penalty of up to one extra night charge. *Every Kauai Vision property listed is a NON-SMOKING home; be it inside the unit or outside on the lanai (balcony) or hallways. A designated smoking area outdoors & away from the building. There is a $200 fine for smoking. Any costs to remove the smell or damage of the smoke will either be covered by the guest in violation of this policy. *Guest will be charged $25 if more than 2 garbage bags are left in the unit and extra cleaning if the unit is left excessively dirty or damaged the unit beyond normal wear and tear. If you think there is a chance you will have to cancel your trip, please consider purchasing trip insurance from the company we recommend (Yonder Insurance) and mention Kauai Vision Rentals sent you. This privately-owned vacation condo is operated in full compliance with Hawaii law. General Excise and Transient Accommodation taxes are collected and transmitted to the State of Hawaii on all rentals.
