Kihei Bay Vista B-102 is located just a 45 second walk to the longest stretch of white sand beach on Maui, this air-conditioned condo is fresh, newly-updated, and completely furnished to host your romantic Maui getaway or family (up to four) adventure. Spectacular Sugar Beach, named for its fine white sand, just across the street, spans six miles and features great morning snorkeling, and several miles of beach that invite secluded, private exploration. You&rsquo;re likely to see sea turtles, an array of exotic bird life, an occasional seal, and lots of whales right off the shoreline during the winter season.<br />

This low-density, low-rise resort is nestled in the swaying Palms, floral Plumeria, and a variety of other tropical beauty that sets the tone to create those Maui memories. There are conveniences nearby (a store and a few restaurants), but the property is wonderfully removed from the high-density tourist rush that is a few miles south.<br />

The condo features every necessity and convenience to host four, beginning with a fully equipped kitchen set up to prepare your island feast, sourced from the nearby crop-to-table Farmer&rsquo;s Market. Feel the prevailing trades from the privacy of your lanai with your morning coffee or afternoon beverage before a sunset walk on the beach.<br />
