Kihei Garden Estates B-103, a ground level unit in Building B at Kihei Garden Estates, features a painted and polished concrete flooring and counters set the tone for tasteful, understated elegance, and no expense has been spared to create the ultimate home base for your Maui adventure.<br />

The kitchen features new, full-sized stainless appliances, and everything you&#39;ll need to prepare and serve your private island feast. Air conditioning in the living room, free WiFi, premium cable, and on-site laundry are among the conveniences. There is no AC in the bedroom, but the concrete floors and the airflow from the living room does a nice job of cooling the unit.<br />

A plush queen bed with luxury bedding combines with a comfortable new sleeper sofa to host four in consummate style and comfort. The bathroom was beautifully remodeled, with a gorgeous walk-in shower.<br />

Kihei Garden Estates is a low-key, low-density property set amongst Palm trees and a beautiful tropical garden setting, and features a large pool and hot tub. Walk to a dozen close-by restaurants, our favorite coffee shop on the island (Akamai), and a grocery store a half block away. Watch the sunsets from the close-by beach.<br />

This immaculate property, managed by Vacation-Maui, is complete with beach gear, including beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, and a small cooler. Due&nbsp;to back-to-back bookings, cleaning, and maintenance schedules, early check-ins and late checkouts cannot be accommodated at this time. &nbsp;If you have a late flight out, we recommend booking an extra night to accommodate your schedule.&nbsp; Mahalo for understanding.<br />
