Located in the lakeside Rest Haven community, the Tree Haus is offers the feeling of a remote getaway while still being close to town and all the local attractions. Downtown Whitefish is a short 10 minute drive - this picturesque downtown is known for its array of exciting restaurants and boutique shops. Summer months feature a weekly Farmer’s Market and various festival events. Positioned near the base of Big Mountain and right alongside Whitefish Lake, this home is an ideal vacation destination year-round. It is a 15 minute drive to the base lodge of Whitefish Mountain Resort where there are incredible winter and summer activities. Whitefish Mountain Resort boasts 3000+ acres of award-winning slopes, making for a dream ski vacation. Summer activities include: hiking, zip line tours, mountain biking trails, alpine sleds & Tree Top Walks. Completed in summer of 2022, the Tree Haus brings a modern aesthetic to a rustic setting. Floor 1 has a welcoming entryway and garage access. Stairs lead up to floor 2 - the main living area of the home. The open concept kitchen and living room are framed by accordion style doors that bring the outdoors in, providing access to the expansive outdoor patio. Take in the lake views as you barbeque, dine, & relax outdoors. Enjoy your private hot tub during the cool Montana evenings. The modern, fully equipped kitchen features high-end appliances and has everything you need to prepare memorable meals to share with your group. The custom wood dining table is a gathering place to share a meal and unwind from a day of adventure. Relax and reconnect in the adjoining living room, featuring gas fireplace & television with streaming capabilities. Floor 2 also has a queen bedroom with bathroom and custom shower.

Stairs lead up to floor 3 and the remaining 3 bedrooms. The master suite has a king size bed, luxurious ensuite bathroom, large walk-in closet & a private patio with beautiful lake views. The next bedroom features a queen bed and beautiful ensuite. The final bedroom is a bunk room with twin over twin bunk beds. 

Lake access is available via shared community beach. This beach is easily accessible by 10 minute walk or quick drive down the road.
