Welcome to your dream vacation retreat in Park City! This stunning four-bedroom townhouse, boasting 2200 square feet of elegant living space, is the ultimate getaway destination for families and groups, comfortably sleeping up to 14 guests. With a perfect blend of upscale amenities and cozy charm, this home promises an unforgettable stay.

As you step into the main level, you'll be greeted by an expansive living area that seamlessly integrates the living, dining, and kitchen spaces. The decor exudes a sophisticated ski lodge feel, with plush furniture, clean lines, solid wood cabinets, and dark wood accents. Gather around the corner fireplace on the comfortable sectional sofa, leather recliners, or love seat, and enjoy movie nights with the TV, cable, DVD player, and surround sound system.

The dining area features a beautiful table that seats six, complemented by three bar stools at the kitchen island for additional seating. The fully-stocked kitchen is equipped with matching appliances and essential tools, including a coffee maker, coffee grinder, blender, toaster, and dishwasher, ensuring that meal preparation is a breeze.

The lower level of the townhouse offers a cozy family room with a gas fireplace, sleeper sofa, and futon, providing additional sleeping space. This level also includes a private bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk bed and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The laundry room, complete with a full-size washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board, ensures that you can keep your clothes and towels fresh throughout your stay.

Upstairs, you'll find three beautifully appointed bedrooms. The master suite features a king-size bed, a private balcony with a hot tub, and an en suite bathroom with a separate soaking tub, dual sink vanity, and shower. The other two bedrooms each have queen-size beds and share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. For your comfort, the townhouse offers forced air heating, central air conditioning, and free high-speed WiFi.

For monthly stays ONLY, we’re “Dog Friendly!” We’d love to welcome you and your four-legged family member. To include your dog, you MUST REQUEST the inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement and receive WRITTEN APPROVAL of acceptance prior to arriving at the home. Some restrictions apply.

Pet Fees Monthly: $500 for the first month, $250 for additional months. Pet Cleaning Fee: One-time $100.

Parking is convenient with a private garage accommodating one small to mid-sized vehicle, two additional parking spaces in front of the garage, and first-come, first-served bump-out spaces provided by the community HOA, which also offers snow removal during winter months.
