This spacious, corner town home is light and bright, well-furnished and on 3 levels with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The main level is an open area which includes the living room, dining room, kitchen and half-bath. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating, a large HD Smart TV and a gas fireplace for a touch of warmth on a cool mountain evening. The kitchen has new stainless appliances, granite counter tops and is fully equipped for your in-home cooking and dining needs. There is an electric BBQ on the front deck for cooking up some tasty burgers and dogs!
There is a downstairs family room/den with a large TV, gas fireplace and plenty of floor space for the queen air mattress. It makes for a warm, cozy sleeping spot in front of the fire. Just off of the family room/den is a private bedroom with a queen bed. There is also a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a laundry room with a full size stack-able washer and dryer...great for freshening bath towels or drying ski clothes.
The upper level hosts a master bedroom with a King bed, a large walk-in closet and TV. The en suite bathroom has a separate shower and soaking tub. There is a private balcony with a hot tub for a relaxing soak after a long day of skiing, hiking or out door play time. At this level, there are two other bedrooms. One has a queen bed and the other has a twin-over-twin bunk AND a full/queen futon. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
The home sleeps 12 very comfortably. It has beautiful views and is close to shopping and dining. The Canyons (Vail Resorts) is approximately 3 miles away towards downtown Park City.
For monthly stays ONLY, we’re “Dog Friendly!” We’d love to welcome you and your four-legged family member. To include your dog, you MUST REQUEST the inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement and receive WRITTEN APPROVAL of acceptance prior to arriving at the home. Some restrictions apply. Pet Fees Monthly: $500 for the first month, $250 for additional months. Pet Cleaning Fee: One-time $100. Please contact us with any questions or to add your pet to your reservation.
There is a two-car garage (with two additional parking spaces in front of the garage) that provides plenty of parking for vehicles. The HOA of the community provides snow removal during the winter months.
In addition to all the amazing features of this fantastic home, you’ll also have full access to the Bear Hollow Clubhouse with your stay. A Pool (in the summer season), additional hot tub, fitness center, kitchen/dining and business center are available there. The Bear Hollow community also has a fire pit area, soccer field, putting green, half basketball court and walking trails!
Bear Hollow is located just minutes from Canyons, Park City, & Deer Valley ski areas. It is located directly across from the Redstone shopping area, grocery stores, restaurants, movies, bowling and more! It's only about 5 miles from Park City Mountain Resort, Historic Old Town and Main Street Park City. Just 35 minutes from the SLC airport, and less than one mile off interstate 80, Bear Hollow is one of Park City's most convenient and desirable locations. In the shadows of Utah Olympic Park and The Canyons, this home provides an ideal setting. Access is great regardless of snow conditions.
